The position will be responsible for conducting sales presentations and signing up/registering Sellers and Buyers into the Krops Application system. He/She will monitor all sales activities in their assigned area which includes account development and management. He will ensure that customer’s needs are satisfied and facilitate continued mutual business partnership.
Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services
Create a positive image and lead consumers to use it
Use lectures, films, charts, and/or slide shows
Distribute product samples, brochures, flyers etc. to source new sales opportunities
Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements
Set up booths or promotional stands
Report on demonstration related information (interest level, questions asked, number of samples/flyers distributed, etc.)
Will do 100% field work
Can conduct sales presentation or product presentations to Farmers Groups and similar prospects
At least 3 years of sales working experience is required for this position and Track record of over-achieving quota
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Veterinary or equivalent.
Strong interpersonal and excellent presentation skills are required.

Business Dvelopment Associate
The Business Development Associate will conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs and deliver corporate presentations and demonstration to prospective clients.
He/She is responsible for generating new business opportunities, strategic planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. The Business Development Associate will maintain existing corporate client relationships and act as point of contact for all projects.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or organizational development;
Must have at least 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience;
Must have good written and oral communication both English and Tagalog;

Institutional Account Manager - KROPS
The Institutional Account Manager (IAM) is responsible for promoting the KROPS App to all potential customers and convince them to sign up and use the App regularly. The IAM role is to manage a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new opportunities. Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field;
With 3 to 5 years relevant experience;
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level;
Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel);
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs;
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail;
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills;

District Manager - North Luzon Region - KROPS
The District Manager (DM) Drives sales team towards 100% achievement of sales objectives of assigned territories by promoting products, implementing professional sales techniques and building long term business relationship. He/She is esponsible in planning, leading, organizing and controlling sales staff in the most effective way of hitting sales and profitability targets. The DM organizes entire Territorial assignment ensuring equitable distribution of workload and maximum sales generation per Sales Person/Territory.
Candidate must have minimum 3 years’ managerial experience in sales in the Agri-product Industry;
Candidate must be graduate of any Agriculture, Management or Marketing Degree;
An MBA degree would be an advantage, but not a requirement;
Candidate must have proven track record in sales and in managing a sales team focusing on a district/region;
Must be able to innovate creative sales solutions and improve current sales and negotiation strategies to increase team efficiency;
Analytical, results-oriented and strategic thinker;

Agricultural Engineer - Pessl
The Agricultural Engineer will develop crop and weather specific advisories; assist in the delivery of agrometeorological products and services (information, warnings, and advisories) to farmers and feedback response. The Agricultural Engineer will need to develop a strategy for an efficient diffusion of information to the relevant end-users. He/She will assist in clarifying additional proposed outcomes and activities and oversee calibration, replacement and faultfinding of meteorological sensors. The Agricultural Engineer will contribute to Agrometeorology research activities and prepare and write reports.
Advanced University degree in Agriculture, Meteorology or with subsequent specialization in Agricultural Meteorology.
M.S. in Agronomy/ Agro meteorology, Agriculture, Environmental Studies or closely related fields;
Minimum of 1 year of progressive and relevant experience in the field of agro-meteorology;
Technical knowledge of the implications of climate change on agriculture is critical.
Experience in the following:
Development of early warning systems for agriculture;
Erecting and maintaining weather stations or equivalent maintenance and calibration of sensors.
Developing a platform for the exchange of agro-meteorological information;
Working and collaborating with government mandated weather departments is an asset;
Coastal adaptation and/or disaster risk reduction is an asset.
